Pros
If you are familiar with the traditional higher education recruiting bike, do not waste product your time here. Its a joke GREAT School but recruiting side is a joke.
Cons
So they are a "Hire You On The Spot" kind of visitor with HIGH Turnover. Just a heads up, the play a numbers game, which requires reps to make 250+ calls per solar day, HOPING to get about ii-iii enrollments per twenty-four hour period or 4-five enrollments per week. Yes you work from home, merely 250 calls a mean solar day?! That's a bit much!! They want you to make certain you sign them on the FIRST telephone telephone call with no room for follow-up. You lot also have to sign them up for classes and Hope they all the same attend the program iii weeks after y'all've made the initial contact. Each rep is expected to bring on near 25 enrollees each, per program start date. You're also expected to accept criticism from people who sit at habitation and pick through the recorded phone calls. ANYWHO, don't waste your time. And don't exist fooled past promises of growth. Slap-up school but this part of the company is a JOKE.

In response we would enquire you all to consider the following: First, anybody is entitled to their own stance. Fact, we have been awarded "Corking Identify to Work" condition 2 years running... run to us not away if you want to be part of something special every bit not many Employers receive this recognition and fewer still repeat information technology. Fact, we take created a uncomplicated and efficient interview procedure. Your time is valuable as is ours. Our turnover is not high, in fact it is below the all Industry Boilerplate (BLS statistics) and has been flat to improving over the past year. Could it be lower - certainly, and nosotros piece of work hard to notice ways to keep adept people. Fact, we performance manage and that does mean tracking metrics. Not every role is for anybody but our goal is to improve the world of food, one learner at a fourth dimension. In my opinion, information technology is a swell visitor with great employees doing great things.

Pros
Stable task that always pays on time. Just practice your job and yous won't exist bothered. If you lot care for this task equally a chore and not a career, it's perfect. Just be in budget (quota) and yous will surely get paid.
Cons
During the hiring process, direction volition sell yous on the growth of the school. Simply in reality, even if y'all are the best advisor on the flooring, don't expect to get promoted until you are there for two-iii years. Many advisors started off rock stars so became disgruntled due to lack of advancements.

Pros
The students are peachy. Student's are very passionate about cooking. It was groovy meeting so many talented students that have a lot of dreams in the culinary arts field.
Cons
I worked with the worst management team in my entire professional person career during my employment hither. I had worked in admissions prior to being hired at Auguste Escoffier and thought information technology would exist like. The management squad at Escoffier was very unprofessional and but cared about how many enrollments you lot brought in a week. Their whole strategy to "atomic number 82" their admissions squad was to focus on what the team was doing wrong and betoken out where they "lacked focus". In other words, their way of motivating you was to tell you that yous weren't doing well and find a reason why y'all weren't performing. Working with the management squad at Escoffier was very difficult. It was to some point, harassment. Several of the employees there were called on their personal phones oftentimes time and yelled at during off times well-nigh student's that did not showtime schoolhouse. Overall, the management squad puts upwards a front at the kickoff to make you believe that you are going to exist working in a professional environment when they are far from information technology. They lie to you lot and tell you lot that their turnover charge per unit is very depression when in reality it is very loftier. I worked for them for less than a twelvemonth and I saw several people come and go and several other leave after I resigned. Information technology would have been nice to be able to read some reviews on this school before leaving my previous job.

Pros
In that location were some among the staff that were a pleasance to work with. I constitute myself gravitating to them for answers and guidance.
Cons
Part leadership is lacking, disorganized and inconsistent in their work which also is the same for some who are held in loftier regard past leadership. Lack of real basic work training, visitor resource and information sharing of school functions particularly for new hires.
